"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! "The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. "We have been very pleased with the outcome of our HVAC replacement.  Matt was very helpful in taking care of our concern that our system be properly sized.  We were borderline between a 4 and 5 ton system and I know that there are load calculations that can be done in order to determine the size of the unit needed based on your house and conditions like insulation, windows, ceiling height, etc.  Matt was the only contractor who offered to take the time to measure everything and actually do the load calculations.  It turned out that with the insulation upgrade we were already planning, a 4 ton unit was the correct size for our house.  So not only did we achieve the benefit of a more efficient unit, we also received an additional benefit of having a smaller unit that draws less power than we otherwise would have had if we had "guessed" and stuck with the original 5 ton size.  
Once we made the decision to hire Aire Serv they scheduled us quickly, were on time and were very tidy while working at our house.  The unit is working great and we can really see a difference in our electric bill so far, roughly 30% difference compared to August last year although we've had a cooler summer so we cannot attribute the entire improvement to the HVAC upgrade but I'm guessing at least a 20% improvement due to the upgrade.  We used 1000 kWh less of electricity in August 2014 than August 2013 which translates to 36% less than last year and 600 kWh less in August 2014 than July 2014 which translates to 26% less when August 2014 was hotter than July 2014.  Our unit was changed out toward the end of the July 2014 billing cycle.
So bottom line, much lower consumption after installing the new HVAC, Aire Serv took care of all the paper work to send to PEC for our rebate and for getting the Trane warranty extended from 5 to 10 years.  Polite, timely, clean, professional and after doing extensive research I know the price we paid is reasonable.  So overall we have been very happy that we chose Aire Serv.

They sent a Master Plumber, who looked at the pilot light and said it would not stay lit and Tried to sell me a new water heater. They then sent 2 plumbers, took 5 minutes to replace TC. Water Heater works fine now. Cost $205 not $1600 for a new heater."
