"The guy was just phenomenal.  We liked that when he came out, he did an assessment of what we needed.  He kind of laid it out for us and we had to do some things to replace another board on our a/c, rather than just saying that it would cost so much to get it.  He gave me options to see if we could find the part independently.  If we could then he would charge a minimal fee to come in and to put back into to make the a/c work correctly.  We did some things and he came in temporarily to make it work until we could find an a/c to replace it.  We called him that time and had him consider our a/c system back again.  We appreciated his honesty.  When he came in, he spent a good 45 minutes to figure out what the issue was.  He didn't even charge us for the service because he couldn't fix it with what he had.  If it needs to be charged then he would have to order things.  They are doing best for the people in this economy get what they want to get."

"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. "The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. "The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. "I scheduled a visit btw  8am-9am and technician got there at 9:08.
 I called the office at 8:30 am  to verified the appointment  since I hadn't got a phone call that the technician had been dispatched.  Operator said that the Technician was still at Camp Bullis road office and asked me  if I wanted to talk to the technician on the phone.
I had sent a message before I scheduled the appointment  and I got a reply  back that said that a technician had to go and evaluate the problem why should I talk to the technician on the phone if they are going to the house to evaluate the cost?
Technician got to the house at 9:08 and was very professional.
The estimate was $275 to remove a garbage disposal and unclog the 16 inch pipe. More like taking the pipe and replacing it with a new one to make a connection to the pipes from the other sink. (double sink).
$85 dls to go and work on the shower faucets and see why there was no pressure. Total price to repair the shower was not included. $85 was just to check the work needed. $85 was going to be discounted towards the final bill of the shower.
$275 for the garbage disposal removal and unclog or change the 16inch  pipe was the price that got my attention in comparison with other estimates. 
I don't like when there is not an up front quote of the final price. This was the highest estimate that I got .
Called another company from the list and ended up paying $55 for the shower  repair bc the problem with the no pressure was an easy fix that took 15 minutes to repair and $75 for the garbage disposal removal and new pipes.
Advice: To make a good impression always give the total estimate of the work to be performed and have competitive prices. Be between the time frame of the scheduled appt and call the costumer to confirm the appointment.
