"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. I subsequently got an estimate from another vender, and it was $1,000 more! Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! After the installation, David explained it to me in detail, and left a radon kit so that my buyers could check the new levels. Not suprisingly, my buyers are more than happy with the results. "Contacted this provider via email and received a response within hours.  They inspected my roof the same day to install a ridge vent system.  Called me back within an hour with a price and offered to complete the job the next day (Saturday May 5).  Crew and owner arrived promptly Saturday morning and installed the vent.  Due to the way my decking was structured there was an unforeseen problem that we discovered following the install.  Steve identified the problem and immediately said he would correct the issue at no additional cost to me.  The repair was completed the same day and the roof and vent system look great.
