I called the office and told them i was looking to replace my system. Sal came to my residence the same day I called and before he left he told me exactly what the job was going to cost, but then I hit him with the rest of the project. I wanted a Bosch system with a full duct replacement with all hard ductwork no flex duct, and the work to include removal of the entire old system including flex duct, then moving the interior unit to a more central area in my attic and raising all the hard ducts as high as possible giving me so much more room and easier passage through out the attic. They also installed a multi unit Samsung mini split, one head at about 30 feet and a second head about 100 feet. Once again, I requested the Samsung brand and sizes 12000 & 18000. Unit also has connections for 2 more heads if I ever wish to add more."

"During December Mel did our HVAC maintenance, diagnosed the need for and installed a new condensate pump for our downstairs system and added a UVC germicidal system for our new upstairs HVAC system. We always request Mel for his expertise, knowledge and willingness to explain, and he always does an excellent job. We also had a new upstairs HVAC that was installed by Robbie and John and subsequent duct cleaning and disinfecting by Thomas. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
