"Our white doors are made of steel and ugly rust spots were showing through the paint. Once the work began, we discovered that the original owners had covered the rust with paint so the job had become much more complex. Carl had to strip both coats of paint off, take out the rust and repaint the two doors. Carl worked almost the entire day and did an excellent job. He has a great deal of knowledge and skill and was very pleasant to work with. The doors now look like new and we would hire Carl again for any type of construction work.

Update:
Less than an year passed and rust spots began to appear on the doors. I called Carl and he was disappointed that the paint job had not kept the rust out. Carl had expanded his business and now he is a "Construction Specialist and a Licensed Home Inspector and he had quite a full schedule. Nevertheless, Carl said he wanted his customers to be happy so he agreed to return and take care of the problem at no charge.  Both of us had conflicting schedules and weather interrupted some dates so he did not return until April 16, 2016.  He brought a can of rust spray and a can of paint spray . Carl spent the morning treating the rust spots. Then he told my husband to leave the doors dry overnight and then cover them with the paint the following day. We paid him $14 for the 2 cans he left behind and the next day my husband sprayed the doors and now they look like new. We are so happy we hired someone with integrity and not a painter who would refuse to stand behind his work. I stand by my A ratings for Carl.

"The company is awesome. From the initial bid to placing the last window, all employees were courteous and professional. Watching the men remove and install each window was like watching a ballet in motion. With very few words the men synchronized their motions to effortlessly remove and install the windows. We noticed a crack in one of the window edges, sent a picture to Barb (Vice-president) who ordered a new window for us the same day she received the picture. "Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again.
