However, I know that sanding hardwood floors is a scale and if you mess it up you have to live with that mistake. I researched local Fredericksburg hardwood floor resurfacing companies and found capital flooring. Nelson responded to my request within 30 minutes and came out that same day to give me a price quote. I was surprised at the cost of the total job. I was even a little skeptical at first. I’ve talk to locals who’ve stated there are some real scams out there. THIS IS NOT A SCAM! We scheduled a date and his crew showed up on time the morning of. It’s incredible how fast they work and how exceptionally well the floors look. They are very professional and proficient. They sanded off the top layer of my hardwood floors, mixed a stain that matched my new vinyl floors, and applied two coats of oil based polyurethane for the finish.
