"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. Their commitment to providing high-quality service and their dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of window and door installation services."

"Nick was prompt and courteous. His craftsmanship was apparent by the way he handled his tools and by the results of his labor. I am very happy with the repairs to my doors. I have already recommended him to friends.

"Our white doors are made of steel and ugly rust spots were showing through the paint. Once the work began, we discovered that the original owners had covered the rust with paint so the job had become much more complex. Carl had to strip both coats of paint off, take out the rust and repaint the two doors. Carl worked almost the entire day and did an excellent job. He has a great deal of knowledge and skill and was very pleasant to work with. The doors now look like new and we would hire Carl again for any type of construction work.

Update:
Less than an year passed and rust spots began to appear on the doors. I called Carl and he was disappointed that the paint job had not kept the rust out. Carl had expanded his business and now he is a "Construction Specialist and a Licensed Home Inspector and he had quite a full schedule. Nevertheless, Carl said he wanted his customers to be happy so he agreed to return and take care of the problem at no charge.  Both of us had conflicting schedules and weather interrupted some dates so he did not return until April 16, 2016.  He brought a can of rust spray and a can of paint spray . Carl spent the morning treating the rust spots. Then he told my husband to leave the doors dry overnight and then cover them with the paint the following day. We paid him $14 for the 2 cans he left behind and the next day my husband sprayed the doors and now they look like new. We are so happy we hired someone with integrity and not a painter who would refuse to stand behind his work. I stand by my A ratings for Carl.

"AOA is absolutely the best! I had several companies come to my home to quote replacing all my sliding glass doors and windows with EGS doors and windows and did not feel comfortable with any of them. I finally called EGS to see if they had any recommendations for installers since I was not comfortable with the sales tactics or pushy sales from the other companies I had met with. They recommended AOA construction. I called Steve Belton in sales and asked if we could see/review some of their installations. Unlike the other companies who needed at least a week to schedule a time to see one of their jobs, we were able to go see a job in progress and a completed job the very next day. WOW, I was impressed with not only the quality of the work I saw, but also the professionalism of the AOA team. Steve then came to our home to review our needs and generate a quote. We then met the owner, Ryan Mills who came to measure the doors and windows to complete the order. Ryan explained timing and the installation process to us in detail. Ryan is a man of his word and I would trust him with the keys to my home. It was such a relief to find a company you can truly trust. Most companies are just looking to make a quick buck, but AOA is truly committed to customer service. From receiving the quote to final installation, the associates at AOA are a joy to work with. I have dealt with so many companies that just give you the “run around”, but AOA followed through on everything they said they would do. What a joy to find that there are still companies who care more about the customer than just making a dollar. I can say without a doubt that AOA is the most professional and caring construction company I have ever used. I have recommended AOA to many others and everyone who chose to use AOA have been impressed with not only the superior quality of work, attention to details, but the caring attitude of everyone involved in the process. For the few who chose to use someone else to install their doors, the response is always the same, “I should have listened to you and used AOA to install my doors.” I always tell people, “When spending thousands of dollars on doors, do your homework and go see the installation process and final outcome.” When you personally see the difference, it is easy to see why I say, “AOA is absolutely the best!”"

"he was very professional.  evaluated all three things and these were out of his scope...they were the usual in door services that most people use handymen for but i figured i would try.  i appreciated his honesty and his time (at no charge) and for one of the repairs, he even gave me the name and number to a friend who is now willing to help us...overall, i would definitely use him for future necessities.  he is very busy and i know he was booked far in advanced but he was also very honest about that and since i didn't need anything urgently done, i was happy to wait based on his reviews.

"Mr. Anthony Palermo is a Master Craftsman not merely a "Handyman" as his business card modestly states.  He, together with his son Steven, worked efficiently and professionally all without subcontractors!  Problem solving and staying within budget were greatly appreciated (raising the shower floor to match the level of the room floor & expanding the tiny stall shower footprint without changing the plumbing lines was creative).  Installing a pocket door alleviated a tight space from the existing  in-swing door.
LOVE the extra square footage Anthony -- job very well done!

"Totally professional and a great installation I couldn’t be happier and will be sure to recommend Alex to all the people I know"

"Once I got them to return my call and come give an estimate they were great.  Yet, we had to call 3 times to check on the door and get a time for them to come install.
We had them replace all of our interior windows and they were very professional and the work was well done.  This is why we used them to replace the front door.  I would recommend them to others because of the quality of work performed.

"The job came out great.  The plantation city inspector was even impressed with their work.  Florida Storm Protection Unlimited installed the agreed upon equipment on the day they promised and did it in a timely manner.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional to deal with.

"Had a tricky window AC that needed a custom frame for install. Tom's work was excellent and my tenant has a nice cool bedroom. Would highly recommend Tom for any general handyman jobs around the house.
