He reviewed the installation manual and was able to determine that it was because the unit wasn't properly set right for the proper air flow. He was then able to correct the problem. "Kudos was very punctual,polite and professional and quite knowledgeable.Best of all he was a very "down to earth" friendly repairman and even explained things as he conducted his repair job.He had tyo order my 'hard to locate and get part for my old A/C unit, and upon returning back to my home to replace and repair the A/C unit, he even brought my pet Chocolate Lab a couple doggie treats.Now that's going out of your way to providing good ,"friendly" service. "When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"I was impressed with his honesty. He was there to clean the vents and could've just gone through the motions, but he showed them to me and I saw that they were actually clean. He changed the work order and ended up cleaning my unit and ridding it of all the dust and sprayed it with anti-mold agents. I wonder if they offer the service of duct cleaning just to get the technicians in the door who then tell you that your ducts are clean, and that what you really need is the HVAC unit cleaned, which costs 3x the amount. But, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The technician was very friendly and helpful and I would happily recommend them and use them again myself.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
