Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Maitland, FL

"Personable and friendly, the owners of Sun State Roofing answered ALL of our questions. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we are so thankful for their service. Until they cleaned the roof, we didn't know that there were several holes from hurricane Milton which needed to be repaired. But now the roof has been patched and sealed; it is ready for Florida weather! With the new paint sealant, it looks spectacular. Sun State Roofing went above and beyond the "required" service. Thanks Sun State!"

"Brittney was on time, inspected the issue, showed me pictures of the damaged areas, and gave me a fair quote. I will be using her again. Very professional."

"There are times where you get pleasantly surprised. My experience with B. Marshall was one of those times. I had a roof leak by my chimney. I contacted Angi on Thursday and by Friday, Ben stopped by and provided me an estimate. He was able to get the work done on Tuesday, and did a great job prior to a significant winter storm. Needless to say, i would definitely hire again, and will recommend to friends and family."

"Kept me informed and repaired roof in timely manner!"

"Excellent experience! Ryan Reeves, the Owner, is an honest, up front, professional! His crew is top notch. Highly consciousness in all aspects. Superior products. Easily passed initial and final inspections. I’m a 40 year property claims professional with strong experience in evaluating roofs. This job was professionally done. I highly recommend this company !"

"Jeremy was great to work with along with the actual guy that performed the job as other failures on the current shingles were brought to my attention. The only negative item I would report is the lack of contact after the job was completed as I asked for a whole house roofing estimate once my roof repair was complte and have yet to receive a written estimate, but I know they were/are busy."
