"The salesperson Carl was punctual and professional and answered all our follow-up questions and emails.  He did a detailed survey of the work needed to install the new unit and in particular pointed out where we needed to install the new unit so it would not be in the setback (which would have required a variance permit - none of the other bidders noticed this issue).  Once we signed the contract, all the paperwork was completed by BGE Home for our permits and the EnergyStar rebate.  The installation crew was prompt and courteous.  The inspector complimented their work.  There was a problem with the scheduling of the WSSC inspector, but BGE Home followed up and got the inspection rescheduled for us.  All work was approved and we received our Pepco rebate for the Energy Star appliances.
