"Butch arrived promptly at scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and suggested options. O2 Kool is a customer service oriented company. Every technician who has serviced our A/C unit - was courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I'm so impressed with this company."

"July 2017 OAT +101 (F) -one of my AC units stopped working. I called them at 3:30 P.M. Wed. and they tried to to help me that same day , but of course, with the temps in the 100's they were very busy with other emergencies. They got to me first thing the next day and had my A/C up and running within a few hours. Great service! Great communication! I would definitely recommend them. They will do all my future HVAC work."

"Stan's arrived at the appointment on time. The parts needed to fix the problem were available on the truck so the repair took place during the appointment. The amount shown for cost of service includes the Angie's List Diagnostic Deal plus the repair parts and labor."

"Went great!! Excellent service and their price was very fair. Would definitely recommend Team Flo-Right!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"At first he tried some basic servicing and smaller level repair to the outdoor condensor, but eventually had to replace the 17 year old unit.  He was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.

"I called Jack on Tuesday to explore the possibility of installing a new hot water heater.  The old one was beginning to deliver sediment to the down stairs tub in the form of black, gravel like gunk.  He came by that afternoon to explore options for either flushing the existing heater or replacing it.  We  agreed that the best option was simply to replace the old heater since it was so old.  He said he could schedule the installation for Friday morning.  By Thursday the gunk coming into the tub made it unusable.
The next think I knew he informed me that he had a change in his schedule and could install the new heater Thursday afternoon.  He arrived at 3:00 PM and at 5:00 PM we had a new water heater, lines flushed and crystal clear water filling the tub.
This is the fourth time I have used Jack Crew and I will certainly call him again with any of my plumbing needs.

"When our AC stopped cooling we searched online for a local repair company. We contacted Texas Air Repair and received an immediate response. They diagnosed the problem quickly, checked the status of the warranty, and scheduled a service appointment for the following day. The owner himself came out to do the inspection and repair. He was very professional and punctual. The cost of the repair was a quarter of what another repair company had quoted us and the quality of the work was excellent. This is a case of you getting more than what you pay for. He even worked around our schedule when we had to leave the house unexpectedly. I will definitely use Texas Air Repair in the future and recommend them to others as well."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"The entire repair operation was perfect from start to finish. Legend Plumbing was able to schedule and complete outside repair work during my time away from home on a business trip. By working with my schedule, there was no interruption to my personal life. The inside basement repair was handle quickly and completely within my schedule. The inside work required moving some personal material on shelves in the basement which the repairmen did without any hesitation or assistance from me. They did such an amazing job and was so friendly and professional that I will now, always use him and Legend Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs."
