"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

"Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing.  They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base.  They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak.  Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist.  It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week.  They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

"I'm not real pleased with them. I kind of given up on them. It has been an ongoing problem for a long time and it's been difficult aligning a time for them to come and visit. The last time I finally got something lined up I had to cancel. I gave up them. I am just going to have to live with the doors that they gave me.
I know that the new doors are more secure than the ones I had before and security was an issue for me. The doors don't really work right. You have to pull pretty hard to get it to open. You should just turn the knob and have it swing open but you don't, you have to give it a jerk to get it off of that sweep, or at least where the sweep is contacting the threshold of the door.
I was trying to buy really good door. I bought a storm door for the front and these French doors for the back. The storm door for the front didn't really sit right. It had a 4 inch gap between it and the threshold and he had to go and find something to fill it but it doesn't seal in anyway at the bottom so it isn't much of a storm door. It has a special glass in it that is very hard to break and it has keys to it but I don't have the keys to it and I don't know how to go about getting keys for it. I have been able to use it for security. Right now it is more of a nusence because when you go in and out, it springs closed faster than you want it to and it ends up hitting your ankles. They either installed a poor process for a lot of money or charged me too much to install.
The owner is a really nice guy. He comes across town and through traffic. He tried to be very helpful. The guy that works for him installing which seemed to be a really thorough type. I got to the point that they had come out so many times for so many different things. I would call and leave messages and they wouldn't get back to me promptly. I really complained to me and told them that I was tired of waiting on them and they started paying more attention to me like they were really going to make things right. It has just been complicated and I don't want to take time off of work to do something like that.

Ray, the owner, came out and made everything right. The product he sells does not have very good service, but Ray stayed on yhem and finally got the replacement parts that made everything work."

"Mike was very professional throughout. We had couple of meetings about the design, materials quality etc. He built a wooden riser for back row seating that can be removed in the future if needed and used high quality materials. The construction of an additional wall was smooth and he even put an sound/thermal insulation to make it acoustic friendly. Staining of the door was perfect. Overall he did a great job on quality and cost. It probably took him little longer than expected. I would recommend anyone to hire him with confidence."
