"I was extremely pleased and with my kitchen remodel. I had planned to have my master bathroom remodeled sometime in the future but went ahead with the remodel using JCI Home Services. The staff was courteous and friendly, this is a business that is well established with office and showroom, so when you have a question, you can call and speak to someone. I live in NY and had this done while up north, JCI supplied me with pictures and updates on the job - always. Never a run around or waiting to speak to someone. AND Of course price is a major factor in making my decision to use JCI. I had estimated that were literally double the amount JCI quoted to me."

"Excellent. I was out of town. Jim showed up and kept me informed with what he found. I had suspected it was the disposal as it's old, and has leaked before. Jim replaced it and the communication was excellent. Came out the same day."
