They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

We used Harmon in the spring for an AC job.  They were able to come out first thing the following morning.  They were on time and it was a quick fix.  Price was reasonable and we were happy for the timeliness. 
Called again last week to service heater before the winter season.  They were (again) able to come out right away and were on time.  They found a problem with our motor and recommended replacing.  Cost was reasonable and we were happy to have it fixed.
Also asked them to quote a new HVAC system.  Prices seem competitive, and we're happy to have found good service in this industry.  We plan to stick with them!

"They do the checks for free. Mostly safety checks. Making sure there's no leaks anywhere. They do really well. They are punctual and show up on time. If they say they will be there at a certain time, they are there."
