"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. Several days later, Mike called and stated the service to be performed, ensuring the size of the replacement hard disk drive, and provided the approximate cost. "Had our 1st complete HVAC system installed on March 18th/19th. I must say that we received outstanding professional service. The technicians arrived 5-10 minutes early each morning to prep for the tasks @ hand. During Day 1, it was a windy cold day with torrential rain. Even with the inclement weather they mad sure that our gas furnace was completed before leaving for the day, to ensure we had heat. Day 2 they completed the air handler install in about a 1/2 a day. Was amazing of the quickness and quality of work that was performed in just a short period of time. I can't praise enough of how polite and courteous that both technicians were and answered any questions I had. We will definitely have Wicomico Heat & Air perform future PM services. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
