He took care of everything, from coordinating the delivery of the materials to making sure the old materials were hauled away in a dumpster. I was amazed at how well he was able to level out the porch floor, as my house is over 100 years old and had settled quite a bit over the years. He also repaired & painted 3 window frames that were in a serious state of deterioration, all for a very reasonable rate. Ric is a Gem! He is very easy to talk to & explains the work process in very understandable terms. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use his services for repairs I may need on my house."
