"Contacted G&G and they promised to send a technician between 2-4pm. The technician called me before arriving and diagnosed the problem (a broken coupler) in a few minutes. He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance. The garage door opens again and I was very satisfied with their work."

He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. "I initially called to replace one sliding closet door panel and to adjust 2 closets with older tracks and doors that kept falling off. The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors.

"Chris did a fantastic job. His work is first class, a real craftsman with attention to detail. His price if fair and he honored the agreement. Installing replacement windows in an 80 year old house is not an easy job. Chris provided a suggestion for a manufacturer which proved great. After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."
