The day of my appointment I received a text message confirming the appointment. They arrived on time got to work immediately and was finished within 45 minutes. I loved my floors they looked awsome. "A misconnect on the first meeting to develop an estimate occurred.  I decided to proceed instead of rescheduling.   I accompanied Ian for a 30 minute discussion from inside the house, then had to leave and allowed him to continue assessing and confirming what needed to be repaired outside.  I was satisfied with the estimate and made a couple of last minute changes which were accommodated.  The estimate was done in June; the work done in October.  I was not in a hurry.   A very wet early summer caused work schedules to be delayed.  This was not a problem for me. 
A team of 3 spent 3.5 days steadily working and did, from what I can tell, a nice job including cleanup.  The trim wood they used appeared to be quality cedar.  The windows are a nice quality and I am very satisfied with them and their installation.  The estimate indicated painting to match what was put on the house previously.  The problem is, that even though the paint may have matched what was in the can, it does not necessarily match what has been on the house for a number of years.  So--I feel I need to consider an additional quote to finish the painting of the trim. 
I did not get a competitive quote on this project so I did not include price in my rating.

"Noah and Jason removed carpeting in three bedrooms and our bonus room. They installed LVP flooring and shoe mold where the carpeting was. The LVP flooring matches what is in the main area of our house, and they laced in the new flooring with what was existing so that you can't tell the bedrooms ever had carpet. We're very happy with the end result. Noah was super to work with throughout the project. He and Jason were polite and respectful of our home. I am very attentive to detail, and I was very pleased with their work."

"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."

"Jerry is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. He made multiple trips to our home with product samples and provided great service and guidance during the selection process. Jerry was present and personally supervised every step of measuring, preparation, and installation for our project. He was extremely meticulous and made sure that every detail was attended to. His final clean up was perfect - except for the presence of the new countertops, we could hardly tell that a contractor was in our home when he was finished. His services will probably cost you more than the big-box stores, but it is more than worth the extra cost."

"NuLook has been Fantastic in my experience. I had a situation that needed attention. There was a leak in the bathroom and it was getting bigger. I tried couple of contractors and due to different reasons or no communication I could not get any contractor to even look or give me a quote. I then reached out to NuLook after reading their reviews on Angi. They were prompt in returning my calls and an onsite visit was scheduled. Patrick Dawson was onsite and on time! He walked through the property and spent quite some time walking me through the issues and things that needed to be taken care of. I received the quote 3 days after we met and Patrick did advise me that I would receive at that time, since he had other customer orders to work on. I appreciated his and NuLook process of ensuring they follow through. Once I received the quote from David Schwartz, the owner, we finalized a start date. I really liked how they worked. I was given a quote, charges were billed on Fridays and collected on Mondays, updates for the week were provided on those Friday calls. I was kept up to date with progress and also provided with before and after pictures. In the end, the work got done. Everything we discussed was implemented. There were no surprises, which is the best thing we need when undergoing repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Patrick, David and NuLook services team.
