For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. My parents are seniors who live with a full-time aide. They were respectful and accommodating.
