They came with their own dollies to bring the equipment to my unit, provided drop cloths to protect the flooring in my unit and in the building corridors, and answered questions about the equipment to my satisfaction. Will, the Shavitz Heating and AC Specialist who advised me on the equipment options, also stopped by to check on the installation. When the work was completed, the installers went through a checklist to make sure the installation was completed properly and the fan coil was operating correctly. They also showed me how to replace the filter and how to program the thermostat. Will also contacted me to see if I was satisfied and offered to stop by and program the thermostat."

"I was told my serviceman would arrive between 10am-12pm. He called me at 9:30 that he would arrive in about half an hour & he did, right at 10am. I had a list of specifics to be checked because I bought the service discounted through Angie's list & I asked how he did each thing on the list as he did it & he explained in detail each thing he was doing.
