"Could not be happier with Mike and crew. Our sewage pipes under our 100 year old building had failed. We had a different plumber out and the other plumber had actually started work. But it was chaos, and the other plumber didn't set expectations very well at all. After the quote from first plumber kept growing and growing, we got Mike in for a second opinion. Mike was confident about what needed to be done, and gave us a proposal substantially below the other guy. Mike brought crews in at night so our businesses could function during the day. They knocked out the job in only 3 days. Who you work with matters! "

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

"The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater. "

"Incredible service from these guys. Got referred to them from a friend after getting an outrageous quote for a water heater issue. Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. Great down home family team thats efficient and straightforward, they weren’t trying to up charge and gouge us. Highly recommend these guys!"
