"Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. "Just moved into a new house. Discovered the curbside water main valve was impossible to turn on my own. I contacted a different plumbing company and requested an estimate for putting in a private water main valve between the city valve and my home. I waited several days and did not receive the estimate, so I called Casa View Plumbing to request an estimate from them. Casa View recommended I contact the City to see if they would replace their own valve (a City water technician had previously told me they would not replace the valve until it was completely unworkable for their crews.)

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work.
