"The technician--Samuel--was very pleasant and very professional. He called me on Saturday morning with his expected arrival time. He came just a little early, which I really appreciated because I was able to get an early start on my week-end chores. The builder, for some unknown reason, planted ficus trees next to all of the AC units. However, Samuel showed me how the leaves are being sucked into the unit, which convinced me to get it removed.  
Now for the added bonus of using All-Air:
1. They sent me Samuel's photo ahead of time; what a peasant surprise! As a home owner I have used many, many companies and this is absolutely the first time I ever received a photo of the stranger who was to enter my home!
2. They have Saturday appointments!
3. The "Service Partner" agreement for $150.00 which provides the same service as the $71.00 "Big Deal" but twice a year and is payable in monthly installments of $12.95. This is like having "health insurance" for my AC. The agreement includes priority service and a 10% discount on future repairs, if needed?.and it is transferrable to my new home or to a buyer of this home. Although I have not yet bought the agreement it is nice to know it is available.
I will always use All-Air whether I buy the service partner agreement or not.
