We have a 10 year warranty contract with El Mago's Roofing . Choosing El Mago's roofing has been a nightmare because almost every time it rains the roof leaks in areas it never leaked before. Every time the company sent his workers over to fix the problem they've created, they could never speak English nor understand my frustration. Reading all of these reviews, I'm beginning to believe that I'm being discriminated against. Today my husband called the office due to another leak as it was raining a couple of days ago. He was told by a lady that our contract could not be located. I am tired of this nonsense. A lot of money was paid for this work to be done, and I will have to go a step further to resolve this madness."
