It was the best investment I could have made! Today their technician Troy came to conduct the preseason service on my air conditioner. My appointment was for 10am and Troy arrived promptly at 10am! During the course of the inspection, Troy discovered that the dual run capacitor was leaking oil. He showed me the part and suggested that it could be a problem down the road.
