"My wife and I needed 8 windows replaced in our 100 year old home. During the course of our research, we came across Zen Windows. The company had good reviews for their products and installation. Knowing installation was a key component for our situation we decided to call Dan Wolt and that proved to be a smart decision. Dan is extremely easy to deal with! We had a quote in 5 minutes after discussing our product options. This was followed up with a detailed product information booklet. We were happy with the price and he even gave us payment options. We placed the order, scheduled the installation, and haven't thought twice about our decision. The windows are very high quality and we constantly get compliments from our guests about how attractive they are. The two man installation crew was prompt, courteous, and fast. They had 8 windows replaced by noon with now mess for us to take care of. I liked the fact that the installers weren't kids. I want my skilled labor hires to be experienced and able to problem solve on the spot. The bottom line is we are very happy with our Zen Windows and our experience with Dan's company. We are certain others will be as well."

"I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."

"Correy and his crew did a great job and we would hire him again. We had a very specific design in mind and he was able to provide a computerized sketch that helped us envision the end result. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the only thing that held up progress was a very rainy week, so we'd advise anyone with a deadline in mind to always allow extra time. Our new steps are great. We can't believe how much of an improvement they are to our back patio and only wish we'd done this sooner!"

"Jeremy was punctual and professional. The appointment was easy to make with fast scheduling. I received an in-depth presentation and walk through of my home. He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"We had been on the schedule with a contractor from Home Depot, but they cancelled and were not able to reschedule for weeks (we had already waited a few weeks since our purchase for material to arrive).  We were in the process of moving into a new home and were waiting for this job to be completed.  When we called Tom of Capital Flooring, it was 2 days before Thanksgiving.  He came out that night and assessed the situation, pointed out that their must have been a mis-measure with the previous contractor as the amount of flooring we had was not sufficient to complete the space.  He had some other jobs in progress, but was not working on them on Thanksgiving or the weekend that followed, so made himself available and took on our project.  He completed everything with the flooring we had and then promptly returned to finish the rest once we had received the necessary materials.  He selected and purchased some necessary trim parts that we did not have.  He also agreed to assemble some new dining furniture for us that had arrived during the flooring process (I was quite thankful for this, having been totally exhausted of all the "kit assemblies" that coincided with preparing the new home).  Additionally, we had had someone else install some carpeting a week prior and then one of the bedroom doors would not shut...Tom cut the door appropriately so that it was no longer in conflict with the carpet, re-hinged it and all was well.  
We were very thankful to Tom for his promptness in meeting with us, his ability and willingness to take on our job over a holiday on short notice (one of the days he was working, his mother came by to have lunch with him--we were not at the house, I was just stopping by and met her.  we thought this relationship was nice to see, but felt some guilt that he was working on a weekend that most people were not), and his straightforward and thorough approach.  The quality of his work was outstanding and we would absolutely hire him for future projects and will refer him to everyone!  He was outstanding!  Thank you Tom!"

"Greystone Interiors provided outstanding service with awesome results for this remodel.  From the initial contact, design guidance given, and planning, Pat Jewell, was there.  The demolition of the existing bathroom was done quickly and with minimum interruption to our daily living. All the steps in the construction were planned and executed so there would be no waiting on materials, etc.  Dale Jewell even designed special cabinets to house our electric toothbrushes.  (An important feature to me.)  Frequent visits by both Pat and Dale were made to ensure that the remodel stayed on track and we were happy with the progress being made. The whole project was beyond our expectations......Oh, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day.  Greystone has already started the second bathroom!!!
