"This is the 3rd and smallest project we have had Jeremy do on our home. In the past, he has replaced a balcony for us and finished our basement. In this particular job, we asked him to add some built-in shelves to the finished basement and to make a custom cover for a cold air return. Jeremy was responsive as always, completed the work very quickly, and charged a fair price. He is friendly, respectful, and does quality work to match the style of our home. We had 24+ year old single pane windows that frosted up in winter and you could feel a draft. Ron worked with us to select the windows, style, and finish. Everything went really well and we love how things came together. We still have 2 bay windows and some specialty windows to replace in the near future and we'll be contacting Ron again."

"Earlier this year I had a very bad problem with rotting wood in my roof and a structural issue along with rotting soffits, facia, and rafter tails. Always Building Custom took care of that no problem, to budget, and without incident. When I contracted with them to do the job, Steve and I talked about wood vs. aluminum soffits. He said aluminum was the better choice, and because there was less work involved it would cost the same. So I went with the aluminum. <br />    On the back side of the house the soffits and facia were painted with the wrong kind of paint by the previous homeowner and the paint was peeling badly. I asked Steve to check it out, which he did during the initial repair. He estimated it would cost $600 to replace those soffits with aluminum, and wrap the wood with aluminum. I told him that sounded great, especially considering another vendor quoted me $1000 just to paint them. I told him to put the project on his schedule. <br />    Less than a week later I come home from work to find the project is done. It looks fantastic.
