"We called on a Sunday for the A/C repair service. Pronto was able to schedule a Monday (next day) service appointment. They were prompt, communicated what needed to be done, and fixed it. I was so impressed that I asked them if they could do a tune up on both the A/C and furnace, which they performed the next day. Brandon did both the repair and the tune-ups. He was excellent. I will definitely use Pronto again and would recommend them to others."

"I called them to fix my drinking water. The first time, it didn’t go so well but they came back the next day with a more experienced tech and with no excuses or extra cost, fixed the problem"

"I thought the plumber would have the fairly standard unit I needed. He didn't, so to get it fixed I went to Home Depot and bought a good replacement while plumber removed the old unit. That worked well and he said I saved a couple of hundred so, good. I haven't paid yet, because he needs to get new seats for the old bathroom sink faucet that has a very slow leak. Need to finish that part or just call it a project and take care of the bathroom later."

"So this was the first major home repair/upgrade that we've had done. Not only was the estimator Nate courteous, friendly, and considerate, so were the installers Greg and Josh. Our 50 gallon water heater had gone out after 7 years of use and we were looking to upgrade to a tankless system. Being that we were on a budget and in need of making the crucial decision whether to keep the tank or go tankless, my wife and I had a total of three companies look at the job. McQuillan Brothers we're not only able to provide us with the most reasonable pricing they also did not provide anything less than exceptional workmanship and quality. Greg & Josh if you get a chance to read this I want to personally thank both of you for your friendly disposition, knowledge, and personal attention to detail on every aspect of the job. I learned a lot as well. I will most definitely be asking for services from this company again!"

"Great. They were able to disconnect our gas appliances at two separate homes and then come back the following day to reconnect them after a move and they were nice enough to charge it as one continuous service call rather than two like most other plumbers I called charge.  They were friendly and knowledgable."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Friendly, professional service.  Their experience showed.  They made a recommendation of a shutoff valve replacement that was definitely needed.  Would use them again for plumbing services.

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"Everything was great. He took his time to ensure it was installed correctly and explained everything to me. Very nice people. Their answering service isn't that great but it's a small company and worth every penny. I could tell when I met him you could trust these people."

"My water heater was broken and Standard Plumbing was the first to return my phone call. It had broken on Christmas Day (Friday) and I had left messages for a number of companies. They were able to schedule me on Monday. The person they sent out was on time and professional. I was a little irritated that he wouldn't even walk over to the water heater until I had agreed to pay about $160 to diagnose the problem. Since I had been told on the phone that the service fee was around $60 and I had clearly told them that the water heater was broken, I wished they had told me that it would really be $160. The plumber spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem and then told me that I needed to replace some parts - total cost $525 for parts and labor (that would be the total charge - the $160 was included in the $525). I had to go back to work so I told the plumber to call me when he had it fixed. A few hours later, I received a call from the owner saying that the parts they replaced didn't fix the problem and they didn't know what was wrong. They put everything back the way it was, told me they wouldn't charge me anything at all (really nice surprise) and gave me the number of a specialist that they had already contacted in advance to see how soon the specialist could come out. If they had been able to fix my water heater at the $525, I would have given them mediocre ratings, but how they handled it when they couldn't fix it was really impressive. The specialist came out the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour."
