They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. "Erick and his crew took out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and replaced the oven hood in the kitchen. They replaced the old wooden baseboards (which had mold) and toilets in the bathroom. They also installed a water softener and replaced our water heater. Erick and his workmen were extremely kind and polite, being perfect gentlemen while in our condo. While installing the new toilet when they noticed an issue that could cause water to leak to the unit below our Erick sought to remedy the situation so that would not occur and his crew worked late to fix the crack and install the new toilet. "I had the owner Jacob over to the house on more than one occasion. He changed out my blower motor on my central air. He fixed my hot water heater on 2 separate occasions. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater. He installed a complete unit top to bottom including new line sets and proper wiring at a rental house for my sister. I highly recommend this company."

"Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own. "Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.

"While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
