"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"Paul was just who I needed to get my new HVAC units (2) installed. It turned out to be more of a job than originally thought due to some oddities in the house from original construction but he was great at communicating with me about things to make sure I was informed so I could choose which direction I wanted to go in. He is well educated in his business. No attempts to upsell/upcharge me for anything. Very personalble family man doing quality work. Will definitely call him again when I have a need for his expertise."

"I called Pillar and they answered immediately. I asked them to schedule a service call for a check-up for my office unit. Quinton came out professional dressed came right in and got started.
