"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

I consulted three companies with great ratings on Angi and Google, and other companies explained to me in April that they deferred installation of ductless mini splits until winter (meaning I’d have to wait 6 months and suffer through the summer heat again). Not Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning! They were able to schedule me quickly and with the top of the industry solution I wanted (Mitsubishi Trane). Their pricing was very transparent and much more reasonable than one of the other vendors I mentioned earlier. The solution has been working great for me for about six months, and I wish I would have called them years ago. They are reliable, professional, and excellent communicators.
