Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network. This is the first 5 star rating I've ever given a business, but Air Network truly deserves it."

"I’ve used Hooks Maintenance Solutions several times. The past time was just two months ago when my AC wasn’t cooling. I called HMS (Wesley) and he came right over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He added some Freon to my unit and gave me some tips on how to keep it cooled down in this Texas heat. Within a couple of hours my house was cool again. I would give HMS a 5 plus for the efficiency, knowledge, and overall customer service. Wesley goes above & beyond for his customers. "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
