"Great!  I have used Lee two times since I have moved into my new home last year.  He cleaned the chimney back just after Christmas in 2014 and did a wonderful job.  Cost was around 150.00 and he did not try and tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong.  Even told my husband how to fix the flue frame his self to save on cost.
They came back again this spring to take care of some pintucking our inspector pointed out during the winter (could not be done at that time due to the cold) and also to fix a 5x5 porch landing that was made of brick in a herringbone pattern that the morter had started to crumble on.  Looked wonderful once they were done.

"The Angie's List Company name is shown as JB Professional Chimney & Masonry Services. The President is Sean Harrington and the name I made the check to. Sean performed the service on one of our rental properties. He was punctual, and took great care to insure no soot or debris flew onto the flooring or walls - KUDOS! He had some very hi-tech equipment and performed the service very well. Upon completion, his camera showed a clean flu, a clean fireplace and the structural shape of the Chimney. A report was made and reviewed and a hard copy with pictures was promised but never delivered. This is the only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for responsiveness. A repair was suggested but did not think it was necessary at the time. I will revisit this at our next appointment. I would recommend using this service for all your fireplace needs."

"They are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. Also repaired and repainted column on porch."

"Awesome company!!! I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but none have come close the great service I received from SureGuard. It started with Dillon who asked lots of questions and presented options based on what we wanted--no pressure, listened well. Other vendors who came either were hurried or trashed other competitors more than presenting their. I started with just a roof replacement. The SureGuard team did an excellent job working into dark to be sure everything was done as promised. This resulted in a siding and gutter project. I did not even consider getting additional quotes, because SureGuard earned my trust. Dillan presented a design based on what the interior of our home looked like. We went with a grey/white siding with cedar panels in red on the gables and a black/white/grey stone bottom half--BEAUTIFUL! John and Ryan made an awesome team. They were great with my dogs (one of my dogs still runs around the house looking for John!). He made it very clear that he expects to have the same quality of work done as though it was on his own home. I had some big additional items I requested during the project. Usually, a contractor would say they would do it later, but Tony and his team completed these changes. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied when the job was done. My wife and I were completely satisfied and expectations were exceeded. When you invest in your home make sure you invest in a good contractor. SureGuard is the best out there by far."
