"Very good! The team is very organized and has great communication regarding the schedule and always reliable. The guys have excellent skill and expertise with sliding doors. They replaced 4 sets of closet doors and went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with their work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing experienced professionals who can replace/install new doors!"

"Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"

"First off, Sid was available to work on the weekend, and in my case, that meant I did not have to take time off work for the visit. Sid installed two drapery rods above sliding glass doors and two above windows, all in the same room. He paid attention to detail as well as to exactly what I wanted. One of the sliding glass doors is adjacent to a window and I wanted the rods to look like there are continuous. Sid made sure they were level, perfectly aligned, and touching. He also patched several holes in my walls and ceiling, some large. He redid one of the patches because he felt it wasn't done right the first time. Then he gave me a break on the price to compensate for the job taking longer than it could have. One of the old drapery rods he took down was 14 feet long and I was worried that the garbage company would not collect it because of the size. Sid cut it down into several chunks for me so I could easily dispose of it. He did all this cheerfully. He showed up on time and was tidy. All in all, a very positive experience.

"Window Design Group is amazing!!! Honestly a class act. First off my sales rep was so cool. Blake was honestly so easy going and understanding of exactly what I wanted. He wasn't high pressured or anything like my other two estimates that I got. That is my biggest turnoff when a sales rep is high pressured. No Thanks.
Window Design Group promised me a delivery time on the windows and an estimated installation date and they were true to it. They actually were three days earlier than they said. When does that ever happen with construction work at your home??? All I am saying is Window Design Group made this whole process so easy. Eli was a fantastic installer too!
Window Design Group not only provided the best price, but also the best windows. They changed my house!!!! You don't even understand what a difference you did to my house Window Design Group. Thank you so much for everything!!!"
