Every few months a technician is scheduled to check all functions of the pump, air cleaner, filters and thermostat communication. One was here today. Helped me further understand the thermostat Alert symbols, checked & replaced the worn out air filter housing as part of the free maintenance. Very respectful and knowledgeable."

I called back immediately, and their AI bot booked me a new appointment that evening. The technician never showed. I called again over the course of the next two days, with no resolution. I received multiples text threads over the course of the two days stating that my concern had been escalated to the "on call manager," who never called. Today I spoke with the company and they said that there is no one in the office over the weekend! Despite my horrible experience, they refused to refund the cost of the "service."
