"Our well pump died after a good long run. I started looking for someone to fix it. After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for someone who knows his business and provides an excellent service at a very fair price. Thank you again Dawson!"

From the very first phone call, Amanda in the office was incredibly organized and on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process, answered every question we threw at her, and even explained how a well is actually drilled ? this woman truly knows her stuff! Tristan and Chris handled the drilling and they were absolutely outstanding. They worked together like a well-oiled team, kept us informed at every step, and were respectful and professional the whole time. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed watching them work ? you can tell these two young men love what they do and take real pride in their craft. Once the well was finished, they connected everything to our home site. A couple of days later, Amanda reached out with our water sample results and walked us through the benefits of adding a filtration system. Highly recommend!"

"After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"Repairman came out early Sunday AM and promptly repaired a severely damaged well pump ( run over by a truck). Very knowledgeable, explained everything about the process. Will call them first in the future."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
