"It was amazing from start to finish. We had Brian Sheehe out to give an estimate for several new windows and doors. No pressure, and he listened to what we wanted and needed. Choice was the only company of the three places we contacted who would widen the front door, and Choice came in with the lowest estimate at around $5000. They also were the only ones who would allow me to paint my new doors without voiding the warranty. They came out with a crew of at least 4 people on a day when snow was expected in the afternoon, and they called in an extra person to finish all the work in a little more than half a day before the snow came. I'm still not exactly sure how they installed the new header and front door, new trim molding, patched the the drywall above the front door, mudded, and sanded it smooth all within a half a day but they did and all I needed to do was touch up the paint in that area - you cannot even tell where the edges are, it was that smooth. Everything has continued to work great over the last 4 years since installation in Feb 2016. It was so great to work with people who cared about my house like I do, and I will be calling them again with future projects."

"The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. They were immaculate in their work and the attention to detail with the capping and caulking was awesome. Our home looks great with these new windows, thanks to the entire Zen team. If you want quality communication, windows and installation these are the guys to get it done!!!"

"Roy was very helpful with the quotes and ordering. Which included, a new door, storm door as well as new deadbolts installed throughout. It was nice to have a company that did not feel the need to sell us a new door and suggested simply repairing the existing as it could be easier fixed. The order did take longer than anticipated to receive, and I had to follow-up with Roy on several occasions in order to get a status which was slightly disappointing. When it came scheduling, they were very busy and took several phone calls before I was finally able to reach the installer and get it scheduled. Slightly frustrating since i also work in the customer field I really expect a company to be on top of things like this. On the day of the install, the installer backed into our newly cut maple tree(and paid for) and took a few significant branches. I will say that they were kind in providing us with a discount for the trouble, but it was still frustrating all the same. I was originally quoted one day for the work to be completed, it ended up taking almost two days. Their quality of work with the door and all items was really great. The hardware was sturdy and everything was really nice quality."

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
