"Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem was that he arrived an hour late. I had that some experience with this company last year, but liked their work and price so decided to give them another chance. He said that he had to get gas and that the traffic was bad. On the other hand, he was so helpful and went beyond what I had originally called him for to make sure that all the drains in the bathroom were in good working order. He replaced the bathtub drain because it had gotten corroded. He was very pleasant to work with. The price charged by this company was very reasonable."

It was so bad that if I were him, I honestly may not have been able to complete the work. He trudged through, did an amazing job with quality work, despite his circumstances. We've had the system installed for ten months now with only one small issue, which the company quickly and professionally resolved it for free. I would absolutely recommend them and not hesitate for a second to call them for future needs.
