"Techs were very nice. Took time to put mats down on my carpets to keep them clean. Explained how to operate the heat pump and gave suggestions on how to make it function most efficiently. Everything was cleaned up before they left, they even vacuumed! So glad I went with LaPlante for my heat pump! Bev"

"Sam was great to work with. He installed two heat pumps for us. He called us right away after our request went in and came out on a weekend to do the initial assessment . He was prompt in getting back to us with a quote and was able to do the install within a couple of weeks from the initial call. He communicated well and showed up when he said he was going to. From start to finish it was a great experience. Highly recommend!"

"The service performed was top-notch. Everything looks amazing, especially the hot water tank installation. Seth was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was also communicative throughout the whole process, which we really appreciate."

"Karl was easy to work with in designing and installing our heat pump installation in Boothbay. Everything looks great. Tremendous job!"

"Able Trades installed a heat pump unit in our home. They were very professional and timely. Thank you for a job well done!"
