"It went very well. Installation of two floor model hyper-heat, Mitsubishi heat pump, mini split system along with electric breaker and circuit. I highly recommend Joe Leal and his company Air Pros of S.A. Joe gave me a qoute on the Mitsubishi mini split by text and email the same day shortly after I contacted him. He answered all my question over the phone and also when he came to the house to determine the size and where to place them. Joe, Sammy and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation of the 18kbtu mini split in my dining room and the 12kbtu in my master bedroom. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Joe spent time going over the functions on the remote and answering questions about maintenance, etc. I can't say enough good things about Joe, Sammy and Gabriel and highly recommend this company."

"Butch called back right away. Came out in a timely fashion. Got one unit working. Then he said the main board was malfunctioning on the downstairs unit and would have to be replaced. It would cost 1200 or 1300. But if we spent a little extra on a service contract he would wave the trip fee and it would be 1100 something. Okay. We did that. It was too late for him to get the board that day so he came out the next day to install the board. But the unit still didn't come on. He said the thermostat was bad and it would we 300 to 500 to replace the thermostat depending on what we wanted. My husband told him we could do that ourselves. Just by pass it and get the unit working. Then he came down and said that the blower motor was out and it would be 1800 to replace the blower motor or 2400 to just replace the whole unit and then we'd be under warranty again. I told them I wanted a second opinion before we did that. I called Ed & Sons they came out, confirmed that we did need a new thermostat. And said they could rebuild the blower motor for around 100$. I ordered two new thermostats for 300 for both of them and my husband installed the thermostats. The work they did was fine. But I felt like they were more of the school of let's just replace parts until it works or we can sell them a new unit. Rather than what can we fix."

"This is the second time Bobby G. helps us with our plumbing needs. This time we needed a water heater repair (mainly a pipe replaced), and the installation of a new faucet. He is friendly and explains things clearly. He is also fast and neat in his work. What we felt was a complication, he simplified by taking care of it diligently. It is really a relief to count on someone so professional."

"Excellent. We couldn't be happier with the work Legacy did. The people (Raymond and George) were punctual, friendly and very considerate of our home. They correctly resized and replaced our air ducts and installed a Reme Halo. I inspected the work they did and was very impressed with their work. Air circulation in the house is 100% better and stronger, a great improvement."

"The entire team at Dilmak was amazing throughout the entire process. Sandie in the front office was terrific in helping us select the products and services that were right for our home. The installation team, led by Mario, was absolutely excellent. They worked very hard over several hot days up in our attic removing our old AC/HVAC units, installing the new systems, replacing and refreshing alll of our ducts, cleaning the existing ducts, adding a Reme Halo air purifier to each of our new units, updating our thermostats, and setting new drainage lines. They did a professional job on everything, and we are very satisfied with the work by this experienced and dedicated team."

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."

"Mr. Douglas Barfield was quick to answer his calls. He was very professional when talking on the phone and asking questions about the AC unit. He arrived at the time that he said it would take him to get to my location. He was able to get the unit up and running because he was prepared by having the equipment with him in his truck. I would go through him for all AC and heating needs. 10/10 recommend."

"I called when my heater wasnâ t working, they got me scheduled quickly. They were on time, affordable and professional. I will be calling Smithson Valley services for all my future heating and cooling needs."
