"Showed up late, didn't install the bathroom fan as the manufacturer recommended (pic, fan5), dented the fan grille (pic, fan1). It was installed without the supplied support rails because he claimed he couldn't get in the attic. Now sure how I got the photos, then... The vent hose was kinked in the attic and hardly any air came out of the soffit, so I had to go into the attic to correct it. That's when I took the photos. Didn't give a price up front because apparently a bath fan with bluetooth speakers isn't in whatever book they price from. Not in the book? Overcharge. Generally very unhappy with the whole experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future. Not sure how when the customer supplies EVERYTHING but a romex clamp someone can charge so much. Absolutely unacceptable. $465 to have someone dent my fan, install it incorrectly, and throw out the parts that weren't used. Like the battery to the manufacturer supplied remote and the joist supports. I'm leaving the cost of service as originally quoted because it was only lowered to $465 after I complained about being ripped off."

"From not having a water supply for my whole home bypass humidifier, to having a repaired, new water supply line and instant winter comfort. All in less than two hours. Thanks Edmond and team for getting me taken care of right after I arrived home from work. Wealth of knowledge, too, about HVACs warranties, and other good general advice for first-time homeowners like myself! Glad to have signed-up tonight as a member - eligible for discounts tonight and future maintenance services. Highly recommend!"

"I was looking for a new Heat/AC business for maintenance after many less than excellent experiences in the past. Several people recommended Holtzpole, so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did because they are the best. I was specifically looking for a yearly maintenance contract and also someone I could rely on in an emergency. Before they would consider their top tier maintenance contract, a technician had to come and inspect the system. I was given a 3-hour window for the appointment and Kevin arrived within the first hour. I ask for no shoes in the house and Kevin took care to put on and remove shoe covers every time he came in or left the house. Kevin performed the check and explained the adjustments he made. I also pointed out a concern regarding a leaking drainage tube and Kevin was able to replace this at a fair price. I’m so glad I found Holtzpole and I will definitely be recommending them to others."

"THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES THAT ARE A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. THE CARPENTER WE HIRED AT THE SAME TIME WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND KNOWLEDGE, THAT HE HAS USED HIM ON OTHER JOBS HE HAS BEEN HIRED TO DO. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK, THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME AND FAMILY, AND WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. SINCE THEY HAVE INSTALLED OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS OTHER THAT 'USER PROBLEMS' (I.E., NOT CHANGING FILTERS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH). HOWEVER, WHEN WE DO CREATE OUR OWN PROBLEMS, THEY HAVE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY FRIEND OR NEIGHBOR."

"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. If I need a new unit next summer I will definitely use Tetteris Heating and Air for the replacement."

"They (2 workers) did an EXECCENT job installing gas heater and Central Air unit. They were very polite and professional. I could not convince them to take a coffee break. Answered all my question. I'm soo happy I chose Blue Dot !! Also the price was unmatch... Thanks !! PS... The Wife is back to calling me HONEY again :)"

"Requested quotes due to a burning small coming from my HVAC unit. Pro who came to my home for the initial quote was amazing. He answered all my questions and explained the urgency of getting my unite replaced. He provided options for an upgraded unit and financing. Not only that, I was able to get a next day appointment for installation which was super helpful because it is been getting really cold overnight. I'd highly suggest hiring ARS of Maryland."

"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). Anyways, I will most certainly be a returning customer. Thank you Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing."

"Presidential customer for 25 years! I'm a family man and home is heaven. My wife and I just replaced one of three HVAC units in our home. The entire Presidential team helped us like family: selecting the right system, applying a whole bunch of discounts, choosing from amazing warranties, finalizing payment on a great price, immediately scheduling, and today removing the old system and installing a new system. And absolutely and completely clean and without damage to walls and floors! So easy! Thoughtful service."
