Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit. "The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

"We use RT Moore to service both our HVAC system (2 heat pumps & 2 furnaces) and for our plumbing needs. We have a contract for the semi-annual (spring & fall) HVAC inspection and maintenance. We used them three times this year for plumbing needs (the natural gas pressure relief valve replacement, sanitary sewage pump replacement and repair of a leaky drain line). RT Moore's technicians are dependable, timely, professional, courteous, neat and friendly. There may be cheaper providers of these services but we believe that RT Moore offers good value.

"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. A friend of ours heard our situation and suggested we reach out to Integrated Mechanical. We called late Friday, they came out first thing Saturday morning, suggested we start by replacing one part of the inside heat unit first, drove to Fisher's to retrieve the part, replaced it, and by lunch Saturday we had warm air heating our home. The unit is still working great a month later. I was impressed with the professionalism, honest work, and genuine care Integrated Mechanical gave our family and cannot recommend them enough."
