We were in a no-heat situation during cold weather and he was able to move things around and get to us within a few hours. During the diagnostic, he insisted I was present as he walked me through what he was testing and what the expected results would be. There was full transparency. Once the issue was diagnosed, Riley offered different options to solve the issue. There was no sales pressure, he wanted to find the right option for us. Given the age and condition of our system we opted for a new HVAC system and Riley presented us with different solutions, again with no pressure. "The representative from stellar was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only solved my air conditioning probably also solved my water softener problem. I ended up purchasing a home maintenance program or theyâ ll come out twice a year and inspect all the major mechanical devices in my house. The price was less than half of what I would pay for the value Iâ m getting. This is a good company and I will recommend them to everyone I know."

"I had wanted two return air ducts added to the basement. One of the lines they tapped into was not a return so it blows out rather than pulling air in. When I called they kind of shrugged it off. I have since figured out a work-around, but I shouldn't have had to. The duct cleaning was also not done very well. It seems as if some of the hard to get to areas were left untouched."

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."
