No heat and told it was best to replace the entire unit by 3rd day and they'd order the parts (3 men, 4 hours, & $3k was what I was told). Finally, decided it was too much suffering and temps were dropping. Called Relax Air and he came within the hour, did a thorough analysis. Very professional. The final outcome was one of 3 parts were broken. Also a parts dealer, returned with the parts and tried each one. It was the module, fixed in one day, and for under $1k. He also checked/fixed the humidifier (which said initial company said they did upon initial repair visit and 2 yrs ago for regular maintenance) and adjusted the heating so the house is now perfectly balanced. After 4 years living here, finally no more cold spots!"

"Excellent service. We have had both Kevin and John out to service one of our units. Both have been extremely professional, helpful and fair. Kat in the office is a great help, too. I had forgotten to respond to her message before the office closed (something came up in the family) and she called me back to offer to help. Most people on a Friday night are rushing to get out and won't take the extra time to follow-up like that. She also helped a friend of mine (not an Angie's List subscriber or she would leave a review) arrange emergency service and she and John spent 15 minutes on the phone with her answering her questions. Very impressed by this considering she was not a client (yet) at the time. THAT is how you run a business. A lot of companies out there could learn from them. <br />"

"I hired Tom Noland about 22 yrs ago to put a heating and air conditioner system in my house in Nokesville. He did a great job back then. When I moved to Delaplane I contacted Tom and his company again to do some work on my house. I wanted a geothermal heating system in and they were willing to do it, but as Tom explained the new systems out there I would get a better deal going in a different direction. Sean and Matt and all the other guys who have come out to do the install of the new hvac system , hot water heater, pressure tank and generator have been great. They arrive on time they have gone the extra step to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Every guy here has been conscientious about making sure any dust or debris doesnâ t get on my carpets. The hvac system, pressure tank and hot water heater are in. The hvac system works so well that have the temperature raises seven degrees above where I had my other unit at, because it works so efficiently. I would hire them again if I needed some work done. The price is worth it."
