Furr installed this furnace 6 years ago and we have had a lot of issues, but Adriel was super helpful and knowledgeable! He even corrected an issue that dated back to the original installation by installing a new humidifier pump and moving it to the correct, out-of-the-way location in the utility room."

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts.
