"Durable Remodeling replaced our back porch and stairs almost a year ago. The area underneath the porch is enclosed and used for storage. We began to notice that the door to the storage area was out of alignment and was not closing properly. This may have been caused by the fact that Dean and his crew made structural improvements to the porch during the original job. I called Dean to let him know about this and he asked me to send him a video of the door. I did this and he promised to come out and look at it as soon as possible. True to his word, he texted me when he planned to look at it and a member of his team was there as promised. The door is working perfectly now. This is the second minor follow-up to the original work performed. In each case Dean responded promptly and corrected things in a timely manner, at no additional cost. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms
