Several roofers said they had a minimum charge so a small repair would start at $250 or $500. Andrei showede pictures of the problem, gave me a fair estimate, explained what he would do and did that in addition to sealing nails even in the neighbors side of the house."

I have an old house and there's always something unexpected when work is done, this being no exception. Thankfully, it was a small issue, but it was taken care of.
