"The whole process went great and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase and have hardwood floors installed. We chose a higher-end brand of flooring and we were comfortable with the price of it, seemed fair for the brand. The installation was within range of other flooring stores we visited. The only hiccup and additional charge that we weren't expecting was the foam padding that's installed under engineered hardwood. The company forgot to include that on the estimate but we got a small discount for the inconvenience of it. The team that installed the floors was phenomenal! Very informative and helpful, kept us up to date on progress and even finished earlier than expected--took 2.5 days total.
