My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I was told the job would be started by agreed time and I was getting a phone call promptly and was continuously kept informed and explained everything in details and also answered all questions promptly and accurately. They installed my unit, put in new ducts, thermostat, repaired ongoing issues, took the dinosaur unit and cleaned up and cleared debri beautifully. I had the best experience and I would 100% tell anyone to go to McKinneys if they want top notch service, equipment, and security in their purchase at the most reasonable price. All other quotes given by others were astronomical... I was given an AWESOME price. Actually I feel I didn't pay them enough. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
