"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We met with Jeff initially for an estimate on a property we were purchasing. He worked with us to have the work performed right after closing. His crew did a great job, all work was performed as outlined in the estimate with no hidden charges. We did add a couple small items to the scope of the project with no problems. His crew removed mold damaged materials and sprayed to deter future mold growth. They also installed a new sump pump and a perimeter system at the back of our basement, as well as a new bath vent in the attic. Work was performed timely and to our satisfaction the first time. Gabe was the project manger on site and was very good at responding to our questions throughout the project. We would recommend Charter Oak for both mold remediation and basement water proofing. They use the same perimeter system as another highly rated company on Angie's list."

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "
