"Replaced our duck work and will not blow any air through our vents. Day 1. Came back day 2 nothing any better. Day 3 said he would back and never showed up. Would not answer my husband's phone calls. Our thermostat is set on 82. Thermostat is set at 82. The unit never shuts off. Temperature in our home is 87 degrees. Would not recommend his work. Waiting for him to come and fix this problem. Sure hope he doesn't what he says. Suppose to come back. Already paid in full."

"ARS installed our Carrier mini split system 4 years ago, and it?s been nothing but scare tactics and upselling since. First it was the board, then the compressor, then they said we should just replace the entire system they installed. At one point, they told us a wire had burned up ? then the system magically worked 2 days later. Fed up, we hired a licensed third-party company. They replaced both OEM boards, fixed the communication issue, and confirmed the compressor was bad but under warranty. Later that SAME DAY, ARS came out and quoted us $2,289 (discounted to $1,831) ? including a brand-new inverter board that had just been replaced HOURS earlier. We paid $1,700 total elsewhere for boards, compressor, labor, and actual honesty. If lying about a brand new part doesn?t prove how shady they are, I don?t know what does. Get a second opinion. Don?t get taken advantage of."
