"This was an exceptional experience. Dennis, the owner, was on time for the estimate and returned each text message promptly. He explained each option available. Dennis wrote the estimate listing each service he would provide. We scheduled the service, and he and his employee were on time. Dennis provided me with added information about the condition of my attic, which he said was good considering it is a 30 year condo. The insulation was the original. I had seen the attic, it looked sad. It took about 1 hour. I ,then, went into a attic, to check it out...WOW, about 13 inches or more of pink insulation R38. I have noticed a difference in my electric bill, $94 this month. Can't wait for the summer! Dennis takes great pride in his work. I would hire Florida Attic Insulation Pros again!"

"Rodney and Terry arrived on time 8:30AM.  Rodney answered questions/concerns I had about insulation.  They proceeded getting the job done.  I was having this done as my garage gets very hot in the summer, no ventilation in attic.  Rodney recommended a solar fan on roof.  Will have this done is the spring time.  I got recommedations and quotes from several other companies.  They were recommending other types of insulation that cost a lot more.  Was very happy with price and service I  got with Reichel Insulaltion.

"I was having issues with mice in my attic after hearing them for 2 weeks I had enough I called CritterX an their response was amazing, they removed all my contaminated insulation replaced it with new insulation an set traps up. They don’t use no poison and that was a plus for me right away, it only took them a days work an now I’m mice free they also come an check my traps every week just to be on the safe side an on call when ever I need them, I recommend CritterX any day of the week also for the price I couldn’t give up the opportunity ! "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

Ben looked at the place where the den intersects the rest of the house and which I said drips water after it rains. I said

I thought there was a problem  that might have to be repaired.

Ben  could have said there was a problem with my roof and given me an estimate to fix it. However, he said that when my new gutters are installed correctly I should not have a problem with water dripping from the gutters where they intersect from the den to the rest of the house.

I appreciate  people who do not try to take the consumer for a ride and charge when there really is not a problem.
